ConveyorPort
The ConveyorPort is a basic yet effective workstation for accessing any bin stored within the AutoStore Grid. It uses a conveyor belt to move Bins to the operator.
CarouselPort
The CarouselPort is designed to ensure high productivity levels and flawless teamwork between robots and human operators. The workstation operates with three rotating arms, each holding one Bin tray.
SwingPort
The SwingPort creates workspaces outside of your storage area while maintaining connectivity to the AutoStore Grid. Using two rotating arms to move Bins, one Bin is presented to the operator while the second Bin is in a waiting position on the opposite side.
RelayPort
The RelayPort delivers the highest speed, managing up to 650 bins per hour with minimal exchange times. The workstation consists of a picking location (called a “Touch”) and a series of roller conveyors and cross wagons (called “Tabs”) that carry Bins to and from the operator.
FusionPort
The FusionPort prioritizes worker comfort and high throughput with ergonomically designed interfaces and a capacity of 550 bins per hour. Tilted Bin openings and ergonomic user interface positioning minimize reaching and twisting motions, allowing operators to comfortably perform repetitive tasks without fear of injury during long work shifts.
FusionPort Staging
The FusionPort Staging streamlines your operations and reduces overhead by using one workstation for picking and staging orders. It is equipped with two source Bin openings located side-by-side in the Port’s center and two target Bin openings on the Port’s outside edges.
PickUpPort
The PickUpPort makes in-store pickup directly from the AutoStore system quick and effortless. It is a public-facing Port enabling contactless in-store pickup options directly from the AutoStore system for online orders.
